Contrary to what you may think, microblading is not for everyone and actually there are very few perfect candidates for microblading. An artist who tells you otherwise is probably more concerned about making money, than about creating long lasting and beautiful results. I want to make sure that microblading is going to work well with your skin type, cosmetic history, and ideal brow shape. This is your investment, your artist is here to make sure that you invest wisely.
Depending on what style you like best, its now time to decide what service is correct for you.
Microblading Only: Best for those with dry/normal skin and existing full brows. This service can not be performed on someone with oily skin, or someone with sparse brows, asymmetrical brows, or if you’re over the age of 35.
Fusion/Hybrid Brows: Works on all skin types, existing full brows, or sparse brows, can fix asymmetrical brows or missing gaps of hair. Can be as natural or as soft as client desires
Powder/Ombre: Best for those with combo/oily skin but works on every skin type. Great for clients who want a precise dramatic brow, but also can be designed for clients with a natural look in mind.
Microblading is an advanced brow technique that uses a superfine row of needles to deposit pigments into the skin to create thin, hair-like strokes. Microblading is ideal for creating a very full and realistic looking brow, it is becoming an increasingly popular method in permanent makeup.
Microblading is best suited for those with dry to normal skin, naturally fuller eyebrows, and those who still want to apply makeup to their brows as microblading heals very natural.
two types of topical antiseptic numbing creams prior to and during your procedure to ensure that the experience is as comfortable and painless as possible. Of course, pain tolerances vary person to person and with that in mind I will take the absolute most care to assess your numbness and comfort level throughout the session.
While the inks used are semi-permanent, you can expect the ink to fade gradually. Once the pigment has faded about 50% (usually around 1-1 & 1/2 years) it is recommended to come in for a touch up.
Fusion/Hybrid/Powder brows will always last longer than microblading only. The pigment usually faded about 50% over the course of 2 years or more, and if anything all you need is color boost anytime before that.
It is important to note that optimal and long lasting color is a direct result of how well your after care instructions are followed.
For optimal results, two sessions are needed with a 6-10 week window between the two appointments. At the touch up appointment we will assess the color retention, shape and make adjustments as necessary.
Please be advised that microblading is a form of tattooing and there are some medical conditions and medications that prevent clients from getting the service. If you have any questions, please email or call. Occasionally, a doctor's note can be accepted for special cases.

If you are unsure whether or not you can receive microblading, please contact me with any questions you may have!!
I wont be taking many clients from other artists for microblading if any, most have to be covered up by doing a fusion/hybrid brow or powder brow, and results are never promised due to the factor of scar tissue. To find out what you are a candidate for message and attach three photos of your current brows with no makeup on them. These photos need to be taken in natural light using your front camera (not selfies camera) taken by someone else is preferred, side profile of brow, right profile of brow, front profile for symmetry close enough to the brows but not too close we can’t see the shape.
Brows are a two step process. The first step to the process is the initial session/appointment. This appointment is to determine shape, size, and color. I prefer to keep the initial appointment very conservative being a makeup artist for as long as I have I believe less is more, and when it comes to a tattoo that is permanently on your face less is definitely more at the initial appointment. You can add to a tattoo but you absolutely can’t subtract. This first step is to see how your skin reacts, heals and how your skin holds pigment.
